The Rural Municipality of Piapot No. 110 is requesting tenders for gravel hauling for the 2019 requirements of the municipality.

Synopsis:

The tender shall include cost for hauling, spreading and loading per cubic yard per mile of gravel to roads within the municipality set out by the council.
Must adhere to secondary weight limits. Maximum allowed 20 cubic yards on a 6 axle unit.

Additional Requirements:

Tenders are to be received at the RM office by noon on February 12, 2019 at address indicated below.
Must include with the tender “A Letter of Good Standing” from Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board.
Proof of current insurance.
A letter of reference to be included with contact information.
Include timeframe of availability for hauling.

Awarding of Tender:

Public opening of tenders on February 13, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. during the regular council meeting.
Incomplete tenders will not be accepted.
Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
