CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE on Highway No. 13 from the Manitoba border to 19.25 km west and on Bellegarde Access from its junction with Highway No. 13 to 5.32 km south; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 24.60km.
