The Town is requesting proposals for engineering services to complete a preliminary design for the water and sewer upgrades based on the attached drawing.  It is the Town’s intent to have the successful proponent contracted to continue with detailed design and construction services to the Town of Waldheim upon approval of funding for the project.  The funding, if approved, will also apply to the construction of a new Water Treatment Plant (WTP), the design and construction of the WTP may also be added via scope change. The successful proponent is required to be registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS).
