Submissions marked "COR5663 – Analysis of Social Navigation Programs" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFQ), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Wednesday August 25, 2021.

The City seeks to retain the services of a consultant or organization to undertake an analysis that would ultimately establish a path forward in the development of a neighborhood-specific Social Navigation Program that focuses on non-emergency response, including community outreach and wellness checks, relationship building, and intervention/social diversion techniques to support those who are vulnerable in Regina.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
