Professional Engineering consulting services to perform twenty-four (24) level III energy audits for various government owned buildings in Saskatchewan.  These energy audits are to identify and develop modifications that will reduce the energy use and/or cost of the operating of a building.  The results should be presented in a format that will provide the information needed by the owner to decide if any, some, or all of the recommended modifications should be implemented.  As a requirement, please follow ASHRAE Level III Energy Audit standards, as mentioned in Appendix B.
