R.M. OF SOURIS VALLEY NO. 7

TENDER FOR GRAVEL CRUSHING

Tenders are being received by the R.M. of Souris Valley No. 7 for crushing approximately 50,000 cubic yards.  Council’s would like product crushed to 7/8” gravel.  Crushing is to commence as soon as weather permits.  The gravel is located on the SE 13-03-18W2M.

Include a list of your equipment with your tender and rates.  We also require proof of liability insurance of no less than $2,000,000, Certificate of Insurance and a letter of good standing from WCB (Workers’ Compensation Board).  Please advise in your quote an approximate start date.

The R.M’s will contract and pay for a qualified engineer to measure the piles and ensure the quality of product.  Payment will be made within 30 days of confirmed measurement of the piles. 

Tenders must be submitted in writing and in a sealed envelope marked “GRAVEL TENDER” to the RM of Souris Valley’s Office.  All tenders must be submitted on or before 4:00 pm on Monday, December 14, 2020.

LOWEST OR ANY TENDER NOT NECESSARILY ACCEPTED.  COUNCIL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL TENDERS.
