Electronically sent tenders for Centennial Manor Ventilation Upgrade in Moosomin SK will be received at the office of HDA Engineering Ltd. until 2:00 p.m. (CST), Thursday, May 15th, 2025.

A (mandatory) site walk through for Contractors will be held on Wednesday, May 7th, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at Centennial Manor,1108 Broadway Avenue, Moosomin, Saskatchewan, S0G 0G7. Insterested parties shall meet at the Main Entrance which is off Mountain Street. Any access to the site must be in accordance with the Housing Authority Requirements. All contractors shall notify HDA Engineering Ltd. a minimum of 24 hours prior to the walkthrough of their intention to attend. Tenders must be submitted on the form furnished by the Consultant. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in 10% of the bid.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders will be accepted from qualified Mechanical Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. These reservations shall apply equally to Sub-Contractors.
