A.THE DELIVERABLES

The Ministry of Correction, Public Safety and Policing requires institutional clothing on an if and when requested basis for the facilities listed within Appendix E of this RFB.

B.BACKGROUND

The garments required are worn by a variety of persons currently held within adult and youth correctional centers and well as other secure institutional locations.

B.1 MATERIAL DISCLOSURES

Each Proponent will be asked to provide a sample as part of bid submission. The sample made will be washed and stamped with a facility garment number, and thus not be returned or not be re-sellable.

Supplier should provide a sample of the following items with their submission:

Grey Socks (Item #4 on the Appendix B, Pricing Form)
Grey T-shirt (Item #5 on the Appendix B, Pricing Form)
Grey Sweater (Item # 8 on the Appendix B, Pricing Form)
Grey Sweat pants (Item # 10 on the Appendix B, Pricing Form)
Grey Men’s Briefs Underwear (Item # 11 on the Appendix B, Pricing Form)
Sports Bra (Item #18 on the Appendix B, Pricing Form)
Women’s Panties, Dark Color (Item # 20 on Appendix B, Pricing Form)
