Regina Catholic Schools (RCS)  currently occupies owned commercial office space located in several facilities throughout the City of Regina. In order to optimize operations, RCS is looking to consolidate office functions in one location as a new Education Centre facility comprised of office, storage, IT and warehouse space.

The purpose of this RFI is to gather information on available commercial office properties for sale in Regina area to accommodate approximately 50,000 useable square feet. Occupancy would be required on or before December 31, 2020.
