GOS intends to contract with pre-identifies suppliers listed below on the basis that they are the only supplier able to provide the Targeted Initiative for Older Workers (TIOW) program that meets GOS’ requirements for this procurement, as described below.

The purpose of this ACAN is to signal the GOSs intention to award a contract for these specialized services to the suppliers listed below. Before awarding a contract, however, the GOS provides other suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the minimum essential requirements set out in this Notice, by submitting a Statement of Capabilities on or before the response deadline.
