DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE(S)

The Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking one or more third party partners to provide CT and MRI imaging services. These services are to be delivered at a location(s) and using equipment that is managed and operated by the third party providers. These services are required in the cities of Regina and Saskatoon.

The provision of these services will assist the SHA in meeting its goal of ensuring that every patient who requires a CT or MRI exam receives the exam within 60 days of the request for the exam being received.

Third party providers will need to demonstrate that they can provide high quality imaging services that ensure patient safety, and accessibility. Proponents will also need to demonstrate a commitment to cultural safety for all patients and patient families.

Proponents may bid on any combination of services listed below:

• CT services in Saskatoon
• CT services in Regina
• MRI services in Regina
• MRI services in Saskatoon
• All of the above

The SHA will select one or more proponents to offer each service in each community listed above.
