HIGHWAY 39 SOUTH PASSING LANES PROJECT

Respondents may request a debriefing session from the Ministry by emailing mhicontracts@gov.sk.ca within 30 days after the award notification date.  The intention of the debriefing is to aid the Bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities.

The Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure will be piloting the use of an electronic bidding system (e-Builder) for Design-Build Highway 39 South Passing Lanes Project Request for Qualifications RFQ18120-1.

The RFQ documents are available for download through e-Builder.  A bidding instructions document has been posted to Sasktenders and is also available through e-Builder.  The following link will provide Respondents access to e-Builder in order to download the RFQ documents, submit questions and view responses, download and acknowledge addenda and submit their RFQ proposals.
