This Request for Information (RFI) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) for the purposes of gathering information regarding the required rehabilitation work of the Highways 155 - Waterhen bridge, CS 155-01, km 41.28. Respondents who express interest are invited to attend a virtual discussion with members of both the Ministry of Highways (MoH) and the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP).

Respondents shall submit all inquiries pertaining to the RFI Package documents a minimum of 3 business days prior to submission deadline directed to:

The intent of this RFI will be to solicit feedback from industry on strategic options regarding the replacement of deteriorated outer precast girders along the four (4) spans of the stated bridge. This would also include several precast units inside the bridge, as further described in the RFI Documents.

Respondents will be invited to attend a Virtual (Microsoft Teams) group meeting. GOS will prepare a descriptive presentation to more explain the project and obstacles involved. Attendees will be given the opportunity to ask questions and share solutions. Attendees will also be given the opportunity to request a one-on-one meeting with GOS if requested during a pre-determined period that will be announced.

Tentatively, the GOS expects to schedule discussion with Respondents as follows:

Respondents will receive a Microsoft Teams meeting invite response via email along with a meeting agenda. Attendance can be via Microsoft Teams or by telephone as per the instructions within the email invite.
