GOS intends to contract with Catholic Family Services of Prince Albert Inc. of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan on the basis that they are the only supplier able to provide specialized career and employment services for individuals recently involved in the criminal justice system.  These individuals face multiple personal and systemic barriers to employment that meets the Government of Saskatchewan’s requirements for this procurement, as described below.

The purpose of this ACAN is to signal the GOS’s intention to award a contract for these services to Catholic Family Services of Prince Albert Inc..  Before awarding a contract, however, the GOS provides other suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the minimum essential requirements set out in this Notice, by submitting a Statement of Capabilities on or before the response deadline.
