be received by Zacaruk Consulting Inc. via email, no later than 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time (SK),
December 11th, 2025.

A video conference pre-submission meeting will be held via Zoom regarding this competition on
November 27th, 2025, at 11:00:00 am, CST(SK) for any interested bidders. Please email the contact
noted in the Instructions for Procurement Part 3, by end of day on November 26th, 2025, to request an
invitation to the online meeting,

The items of work are distributed across 2 sites which include a range of repairs such as:

Site 1 – Bridge 316-47-02 (Murray Lake):
.1 Timber stringer repair with an Alternate Price to replace.
.2 Repair of right-hand side rails and rail posts in Span 3.

Site 2 – Bridge 317-48-21 E (St. Michael’s):
.1 Replacement or repair of timber piles damaged by wood rot.
.2 Replacement of timber pile cap damaged by wood rot.
.3 Regrading and armouring of embankments around existing abutments.
.4 Replacement of pier sway bracing.
.5 Replacement of rail hardware.
