To enhance commissioning readiness and leverage industry expertise, SRC is seeking independent commissioning advisory services from qualified firms or consultants experienced in large-scale industrial, process, and utility system commissioning.

The intent of this RFP is to establish one or more agreements with commissioning specialists who will act in an independent, advisory capacity to SRC’s commissioning organization.

Objectives include:

• Supporting the planning, documentation, and execution of commissioning activities in alignment with SRC’s project schedule and risk management framework.
• Providing specialized expertise, templates, and industry best practices for commissioning and system turnover.
• Advising SRC on optimal commissioning sequence, risk mitigation, and readiness to operate.
• Supporting the preparation of operations and maintenance documentation to facilitate a smooth transition from construction to operations.
