This solicitation describes a requirement for Landfill Gas Well Field Expansion and Upgrade of Control Plant and Flare.
This project includes the expansion and upgrade of the landfill gas well field and upgrade of control plant and flare at the City’s landfill. The expansion of the well field and upgrade of the existing control plant and flare will generally consist of supply and installation of all well field pipe works, control plant components, flare, and tie-in to existing infrastructure.
On August 6, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., CST (SK) a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and walk through will be held at Regina Landfill, 1101 Fleet Street for the purpose of answering questions from prospective vendors.

Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
