SGI requires to rent a scissor lift for permanent placement at the SGI Fleet Street Facility. Both the supply and maintenance of a Scissor Lift type of mobile elevated work platform is required.

The equipment will be permanently located at the SGI Fleet Street Facility for the duration of the rental agreement.

SGI is committed to the promotion of the industrial and economic growth of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (“NWPTA”) region. To this end, this ITT will be limited to bidders who are NWPTA region suppliers.  A NWPTA region supplier must meet one of the following criteria:

a person resident in the NWPTA region;
a business that is constituted, established, or organized under the laws of British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, or Saskatchewan; or
a business that both maintains a location and employs staff within the NWPTA region.

SGI will only accept bids from bidders who are NWPTA region suppliers. Bidders should provide SGI with information demonstrating it is a NWPTA region supplier. SGI has the sole, absolute and final discretion and authority to determine whether a bidder is a NWPTA region supplier.
