In preparation for building new duct bank in downtown Regina, confirmation of existing utility facilities, their locations, and their exact depths will be needed.  Requires the removal of existing pavement/sidewalk and fill to daylight the facilities, surveying location and depths, recording pictures of each facility exposure, and restoration of the hole back to City of Regina specifications.  Survey data to be provided in CAD and pdf formats.
