Government of Saskatchewan intends to contract with Regina District Industry Education Council Inc. (RDIEC) on the basis that they are the only supplier able to provide the labour market and career development programming and career pathway information targeting youth in Grades 9-12 that meets Government of Saskatchewan’s requirements for this procurement, as described in the ACAN.

The purpose of this ACAN is to signal the Government of Saskatchewan's intention to award a contract for these services to RDIEC. Before awarding a contract, however, the Government of Saskatchewan provides other suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the minimum essential requirements set out in this Notice, by submitting a Statement of Capabilities on or before the response deadline.
