CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE on Highway No. 2 from its junction with Leeville Street to 1.87 km north of its south junction with Highway No. 13; and on Highway No. 13 from 1.0 km east of its south junction with Highway No. 2 to its south junction with Highway No. 2; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 4.96 km.
