For the CONSTRUCTION OF A SUBGRADE AND SURFACING STRUCTURE for select sections of the West Regina Bypass; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 590 m and CONSTRUCTION OF SHOULDER WIDENING on the West Regina Bypass from Centre Road to the CPR overpass; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 1.385 km.
