The work consists of modifications to one (1) office and classrooms, including Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical components, as specified in the Tender documents. This contract includes two distinct projects, each to be bid on and billed separately. Bidders are required to submit separate pricing and documentation for each project as outlined in the tender documents. Projects will be awarded together, and the construction will occur simultaneously.

Secure electronic tenders will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds andProcurement until 2:00 P.M. Saskatchewan Time, May 14, 2025, and will be opened thereafter in accordance with the Tender documents. Tenders must be submitted via e-mail, following the Instructions to Bidders included in the Tender documents.

Tender documents will NOT be available via e-mail. Interested bidders may obtain tender documents from SaskTenders.ca.

Tenders will be evaluated based on the information contained in the tender documents. The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
