The Town of Mossbank is accepting proposals for the repair of the Mossbank Swimming Pool including replacement of all or any section(s)/part(s)/component(s)/equipment as may be required. Proponents shall advise what can or cannot be salvaged/reused.  A visual inspection by the proponent is required in order for proposals to be considered and an appointment can be made by contacting the Town Office.

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to allow contractors flexibility in the choice of materials and design on the condition that the materials and design chosen will be of high quality and in accordance with legislation and generally accepted construction standards for swimming pools. By submitting a proposal, the proponent warrants that the materials and design chosen will meet or exceed legislative requirements and generally accepted construction standards.

Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on September 9, 2016. Evaluation of proposals will be conducted at the Council meeting on September 12, 2016 or at a later date if more time is required. The successful proponent will be notified on September 13, 2016 or as soon as otherwise possible.  Other proponents shall be notified shortly thereafter. The Town of Mossbank accepts no responsibility for proposals not received prior to the closing time and date and these will be rejected. Proposals sent to an incorrect address in error may not be accepted or considered.
