This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Living Sky School Division No. 202 (LSKYSD) to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of Driver Education Services at Cando, Hafford and Maymont schools, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A - The “Deliverables”).

Living Sky School Division recognizes the current and ongoing shortage of qualified driver education instructors, particularly in rural areas. The Division is therefore open to proposals that include online or hybrid delivery models for the classroom component of driver education. In addition, the Division currently has an experienced in-car driving instructor serving the applicable schools who is willing to continue in that role and act as a subcontractor to the successful Supplier for the in-vehicle training component.

Living Sky School Division is located in west central Saskatchewan, with North Battleford as our only major urban center. We operate 9 elementary schools, 4 secondary schools, 9 K-12 schools, and one associate. We serve approximately 5400 students and employ around 800 staff.
