Scope of Work:  TransGas Limited requires a vendor to manufacture and supply complete assembled skidded steel building packages on an as needed basis. 

Transportation of the completed packages to site is outside of this scope.

The air compressor/dryer buildings shall be supplied as complete assembled packages.  Items to be supplied and installed by the Vendor includes, but is not limited to the following items:

Skidded Building (12’ x 14’) outside dimensions; Main Breaker; Junction Boxes; Desiccant Dryer; Air Receiver(s); Air Piping to skid edge; Control Panel(s); Lights (AC and emergency); Electrical Wiring; Reciprocating Type Air Compressors (2) 10HP to 30HP; Building Services Distribution Breaker Panel (3 phase 480V); Auto Restart Switches; Push Button ESD with cover wired to JB; Conduit; Building Heater; Ventilation Fan; Ventilation Fan Control Panel; Building Louvres; Cable Tray; and Vibrator Isolators. 

The building air compressor/dryer packages shall be mounted on a structural steel base with provision for lifting.  It shall be suitable for direct installation on a prepared foundation.  A steel driven pile foundation will be supplied by TransGas.

SaskEnergy is committed to the promotion of the industrial and economic growth of the NWPTA region.  SaskEnergy may choose to only accept bids from NWPTA region suppliers or give preference to bidders who are NWPTA region suppliers.  SaskEnergy has the sole, absolute and final discretion and authority to determine whether a bidder is a NWPTA region supplier.
