The Rural Municipality of Coalfields No. 4 invites tenders for asphalt crack sealing on a 12 km section of Grid 605 within the RM. The contractor is expected to supply all material, labour and equipment necessary to complete the work as described in the tender document. The contractor will be responsible for providing sufficient traffic control measures to ensure safe completion of the work. Crack-filling material shall be a CA-90 material or approved equal product. Council of the RM of Coalfields No. 4 reserves the right to refuse any and all tenders, if they so choose. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be awarded.
