CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE on Highway No. 4 from 500 m north of the junction of Highway No. 363 to 390 m south of the junction of Highway No. 1; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 8.74 km, and INSTALLATION OF TWO 2400 mm RCP CULVERTS on Highway No. 4, for a TOTAL LENGTH OF 63 m.
