Request for Expression of Interest
Ministry of Trade and Export Development Video Production Competition

The Government of Saskatchewan requires a commercial/video production supplier(s) on contract for the Ministry of Trade and Export Development (TED). TED’s Marketing and Communications Branch (MC) provides shared services to two other ministries – Ministry of Energy and Resources (ER), and the Ministry of Immigration and Career Training (ICT). Therefore, the contract will apply to work done on behalf of the three ministries.

These three Ministries help Saskatchewan’s economy grow by attracting investment in priority sectors, including agri-value, energy, forestry, manufacturing, mining and technology. They work together to remove barriers to growth, regulate responsible resource development in energy and mining, and supports a robust labour market by developing, attracting and retaining a skilled workforce. On behalf of the ministries, MC promotes the province as a good place to live, work, do business and invest both inside the province and internationally. It also educates target audiences inside the province on the ministries’ programs and services.

The successful production house(s) must have proven experience with High Definition digital production, aerial capabilities and the ability and dedicated resources to manage a project through its various creative and technical stages within the available time and budget allocations.
