Saskatoon Public Schools (SPS) is the largest school division in the province of Saskatchewan.  SPS operates 49 elementary schools, 10 secondary schools, two associate schools, and one alliance school.  SPS serves approximately 25,000 students and employs approximately 2,500 professional and support staff. SPS invites interested parties to submit sealed tenders for Ecole Forest Grove Front Entrance.

Sealed bids will be received by the undersigned until 2:00 pm Central Standard Time, Thursday, June 7th, 2018.  Bids will be opened publicly immediately thereafter.

Intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to perform Work including but not necessarily limited to:

1. Partial removal of existing front canopy.
2. Partial site demolition of site features such as metal bollard and concrete partial height wall.
3. Installation of new metal cladding, new raised canopy including structure and lighting. Repainting of entry doors and frames.
4. Work will be completed under a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
5. Work is to be substantial complete by August 16th, 2018.

     An optional bidder’s meeting, site walk-through for interested bidders will be held on Wednesday, May 23rd at 10:00am.
