The Town of Davidson is soliciting bids to renovate the library building. Renovations will include modifications to floor structure as required to suit a new elevator, renovations to existing washroom facilities to suit a barrier free environment, modifications to the existing stair well and exit, and removal of an exterior ramp. Mechanical and electrical are to be completed on a design build basis and must prepare and submit drawings for permit of those scopes. Please see attached documents for complete scop of work.
