This Advance Contract Award Notice (the "ACAN") is issued by the RM of Francis No. 127 (the "RM") to notify the Supplier community that the RM intends to award a Contract to a pre-identified Supplier, believed to the the only one capable of satisfying the RM's requirements.

Suppliers that consider themselves able to meet the requirements identified in the Scope of Work section below and are able to provide the services, can challenge this action by submitting a written statement of the capabilities that clearly demonstrates how they meet these requirements.  All statements of capabilities that are receieved by the close date and close time will be evaluated to determine if one or more supliers are capable of meeting the requirements.
