This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by SaskTel to experienced commercial roofing contractors to submit bids for the project to replace the roof at the Radio Exchange building at SaskTel East Radio site in the City of Regina, SK.  The work will include for the removal of approximately 4,275 ft2 of existing inverted BUR roof system, and the installation of a new EPDM roof assembly at the SaskTel Regina East Radio Building.  The scope of work is outlined in the event specifications and drawings.  There is a mandatory site meeting and walk through for this project.  For this project, SaskTel requires all Vendors to have current COR (Certification of Recognition) or SECOR (Small Employer Certification of Recognition) safety accreditation certificate.  Bonding is required for this project; there is a requirement for a 10% bid bond and letter of surety for bidding on this project. Bonding can also be in the form of an irrevocable letter of credit.  The intention of this tender is to have a complete, functional, water proof roofing system at the site.
