The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) has a requirement for the provision of a patient-centric online scheduling solution to support the immediate and urgent need for scheduling patient appointments in various clinical areas as a response to Covid workflow and pandemic response. The solution will set the foundation for a patient-centric solution to enable a seamless and transparent patient experience, enable safer patient flow and enable the right care at the right time. The solution will also provide access to providers (authorized users of the system) to book tests on behalf of patients (if required) and enable flexible and easy to use scheduling capabilities for those responsible for managing the schedules.

It is the SHA’s intention to award the proposed contract for the period of 3 years, with an option to extend for 2 additional one year terms.
