The project will include the excavation of the existing single cell sewage lagoon, construction of compacted earth fill embankments, installation of an HDPE liner system, transfer and discharge structures as well as fencing and other related site work associated with the creation of a new two cell sewage lagoon with a combined capacity of
Approximately 17,000 m3.

An onsite prebidders meeting for bidding contractors will held on June 29, 2021. Interested bidders are required to submit Appendix A: COVID-19 Pre-Screening Questionnaire prior to the site visit. Further details are provided in the tender documents.

Emailed bid submissions will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement, at SPSConstruction@gov.sk.ca until 2:00 p.m., Saskatchewan Time, July 15, 2021 for the Sewage Lagoon Upgrades at Rowan’s Ravine Provincial Park.

Tenders must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten per cent of the tender and a consent of surety letter.

The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
