This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) and the Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport (Ministry) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of financial and technical services, for the management and administration of the Park Land Forest Trust Fund as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

The expected outcomes of this RFP are:

• Improved performance of management and administration of the Park Land Forest Trust Fund;
• Compliance with financial reporting guidelines and accounting policies with respect to eligible activities through the Park Land Forest Trust Fund;
• Consistency providing specialized technical silviculture advise to Ministry staff;
• Social benefits that include a healthy, regenerated park land forests where treatments have been undertaken; and
• Environmental benefits include enhanced biodiversity due to regenerated park land forest.
