Tenders for 2300 Angus Street Housing Boiler Replacement Regina, Saskatchewan, will be received at the office of HDA Engineering Ltd. until 2:00 p.m. (CST), Thursday, December 11, 2025.

A (mandatory) site walk through for Contractors will be held on Thursday, November 27, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. The walk through will take place at Angus Street Housing located on the 2300 block of Angus Street, Regina, Saskatchewan. Meet on Angus Street near the South East end of
the complex. Any access to the site must be in accordance with the Regina Housing Authority Requirements. All contractors shall notify HDA Engineering Ltd. a minimum of 24 hours prior to the walkthrough of their intention to attend. Tenders must be submitted on the form furnished by the Consultant. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in 10% of the bid.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders will be accepted from qualified General Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. These reservations shall apply equally to Sub-Contractors.
