Sealed tenders for the exterior door replacement of Regency Gardens located on Regency Crescent and Third Avenue North, Regina, Saskatchewan will be received at the office of Living Skies Housing Authority, Suite #101, 1916 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, S4R 1G9 until 2:00 p.m. local Regina time, Tuesday, February 2, 2021, on behalf of the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation.

Description of the Work: Saskatchewan Housing Corporation will be renovating 89 units over a period of 3.5 years in 3 phases. The Tender shall be based upon the Phase One (I), Phase Two (II) and Phase Three (III) exterior door replacement of Regency Gardens located on Regency Crescent and 3rd Avenue N in Regina, Saskatchewan.  Phase One (I) is comprised of 20 – 3 bedroom units and 12- 4 bedroom units for a total of thirty-two (32) two-storey town house units. Phase Two (II) is comprised of 23 – 3 bedroom units and 8 - 4 bedroom units for a total of thirty-one (31) two-storey town house units.  Phase Three (III) is comprised of twenty-six (26) -3 bedroom units. This work is scheduled to begin on Monday, February 22, 2021. Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from Sask Tenders or the Regina Construction Association.

There will be a mandatory site review meeting on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at one (1) hour intervals starting at 10:00 a.m. located at 3803 Regency Crescent, Regina. Because of the COVID-19 situation these will be an individual walkthrough with each interested party and you must register ahead for an appointment by calling 306-787-7832. If you do not attend, your bid will be rejected.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to accept the bid at the Bid Price submitted, or reject all or any part of the bid and/or to waive technical defects in the bid, if in its judgment the interest of the Owner may so require. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to subcontractors.
