The City of Saskatoon is seeking a respondent to plan, deliver, and staff two (2) pilots for the Blue Bin Blitz (BBB) programs - Back Lane and Multi-Unit. Services will be contracted for a single-year with execution of audits to be conducted from May to August. The BBB programs are used to educate Curbside and Multi-Unit residents on the proper use of City of Saskatoon's residential recycling program.
