Description of the Work:  Replacement of approximately 3,770m2 (40,580ft2) of existing SBS roof 
system with new SBS roof system.

Plans and specifications in electronic PDF format are available from 1080 Architecture, Planning + 
Interiors or may be viewed on SaskTenders and at the Saskatchewan Construction Association offices.

Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond / Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the 
tender and a Consent of Surety.

Roofers can bid as General Contractors. Roofers must be CRCA members.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

A walkthrough for interested Contractors has been scheduled for February 18, 2021 between 10:00am 
and 12:00pm to allow for small groups to accommodate social distancing.
.1          All contractors must pre-register for the walkthrough by emailing Ward Peters at 
ward@1080architecture.com by February 16th.
.2          Confirm number in your party to attend walkthrough in email.
.3          A schedule will be established based on first come first served and will be distributed 
the day before.
.4          Please be advised that masks must be worn in the school and parties attending are 
responsible for their own masks.
.5          No one will be allowed to enter if they have been out of the country and back in Canada 
for less than two weeks.
