The RM of Aberdeen No. 373 is requesting tenders from interested parties wishing to supply gravel and stockpile the material equally between the RAK Road Pit located at the intersection between Rak Road and Highway 41 on the SE 26-39-02-W3M and the Ike Thiessen Pit located along Ike Thiessen Road south of Gordon Road on the NW 31-37-02-W3M.

The Scope of Work shall consist of supplying and stock piling gravel in the selected quantity of Type 106 road gravel. Quantity of gravel shall be selected by the RM of Aberdeen following the Tender opening. This selected amount is required to be delivered and stockpiled by March 30th, 2025. Note that a Penalty may apply if the target is not met. The successful Bidder shall be responsible for providing equipment and labour.

Tenders will be opened at 11:00 a.m. on December 12th, 2024 during the regular council meeting held at 101 Industrial Drive, Aberdeen, SK.
