This Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is issued by Colliers Project Leaders on behalf of the Chinook School Division (the “Client”). The Client is seeking to retain the services of an Independent Commissioning Authority for the Electrical, Mechanical and Building Code upgrades of Swift Current Comprehensive High School (the “Project”), further described in Appendix A – NRFP Particulars.

The subject line of the proposal email should contain the NRFP reference number and competition title as follows:                                                   Proponent Name - NRFP# CSD-SCCHS-2025CA  – Commissioning Authority Services

Proponents should submit one (1) email with two (2) separate file attachments in .pdf format. One file for the technical submission and one for the fee submission using the following naming conventions:

Proponent Name – NRFP# CSD-SCCHS-2025CA – SCCHS - FEE.pdf
