The Western Development Museum (WDM) is inviting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive managed information technology (IT) services and conduct a thorough assessment of the Museum’s current IT environment. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is divided into two components: Part A – Managed Services and Support (Ongoing), and Part B – IT Assessment, Inventory, Policy Development, and Strategic Planning (Contracted). The successful vendor will be responsible for managing and maintaining WDM’s technology infrastructure, delivering responsive and effective IT support, ensuring system security, and guiding the development of IT policies and a long-term strategic plan to support the sustainability and growth of our technological environment.
