The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a vendor for the purchase of 12 (twelve) Travel Gift Certificates. The Travel Gift Certificates may be used for multiple trips and individuals, and flights or hotel only purchases. All gift certificates to be supplied to the SIGA Central Office in Saskatoon location listed below.

Special Instructions to Bidders
1. Travel gift certificate must not expire.
2. Provide details of the specifications on the travel gift certificates, including any restrictions.
3. Gift certificate must be in Canadian Dollars.
4. Gift certificate must be transferrable.
5. SIGA will only accept bids from qualified travel agencies that have a physical office in Saskatchewan.
6. SIGA may award to one or more vendors.
7. Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all, shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided.
8. The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.
9. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
10.The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation and tracking information (if required).
