Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting an invitation to tender to establish a standing offer agreement for Indoor Event Production Services from one supplier for the Bear Claw Casino & Hotel (BCC & H). The quoted prices are deemed to include the costs of equipment and instrument rental, transportation, labour cost and all related insurance.  The supplier shall furnish all labour and equipment rental including audio equipment, instrument backline, additional lighting equipment and all necessary items for live event production.

Special Instructions to Bidders:

All bidders must submit their backline rental rates as stipulated in “Schedule A1-A2”. Risers of various sizes shall also be included in the rental.

Fee schedules based on hourly rates, travel costs (time and mileage for various vehicles), load in/load out rates and technicians or a combination of fixed retained and hourly fees shall be stipulated in “Schedule B1 and B2”.

Must have a Certificate of Insurance or letter from an insurance company in good standing confirming the supplier’s ability to obtain general liability coverage per occurrence not less than five million Canadian dollars ($500,000), should the supplier be awarded a contract.

Must be a registered member with Workers Compensation Board (WCB), Saskatchewan.

Recommendations for alternative model brands and updated equipment may be accepted.
