The R.M. of Frenchman Butte No. 501 is inviting sealed tenders for the supply of one (1) used mid-size crawler dozer, comparable in size and performance to a Caterpillar D5 or equivalent, for municipal road construction and maintenance activities. The unit must be in good operating condition and meet minimum specifications including a ROPS cab with brushing canopy, functional heating and air conditioning, 6-way blade, and acceptable undercarriage life.

Proponents may submit pricing with or without a trade-in of the Municipality’s existing 2001 Caterpillar D6 dozer. Tenders must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. CST on February 4, 2026, with award subject to approval by resolution of Council on February 25, 2026. The Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
