Tenders will be received by the R.M. of Walpole No. 92 for the crushing of approximately 15,000 cubic yards of 3/4" standard road gravel in each of the following pits: MCDOUGALL municipal pit located at SE 10-13-33 w1m and the BIRNIE municipal pit located at NW 2-11-33 w1m.  Tenders MUST be quoted in the following matter: Please provide a price for EACH . 1. Crushing - price per yard, and 2. Jaw - price per yard. No fuel surcharge clauses.  Do not include taxes in your tender prices. GRAVEL CRUSHING: Crushing to commence on or before November 1, 2020 and be completed on or before December 31, 2020; Crushing will be dependent on wet conditions; Payment for crushing will be made as per electronically measured amounts, and Pits must be left in a good condition and be according to Provincial Government regulations.

A list of the Contractors Equipment must be included with each tender.

Tenders must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2020. Tenders may be submitted in writing and in a sealed envelope marked "GRAVEL CRUSH TENDER" or may be submitted by fax, email, or in person and will be immediately placed in a sealed, unmarked envelope upon receipt, until the opening thereof.  

All tenders will be opened and reviewed at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 and all contractors are welcome to attend.  

Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.  Council reserves the right to reject any and all tenders.
