SaskPower is seeking a contract with a qualified Proponent(s) to supply, implement and support an integrated IT Service Management (ITSM) solution.  The solution will enable the adoption and adaptation of industry best practices supporting the design, transition, operation and continual improvement of Information Technology & Security (IT&S) services.

SaskPower’s intent is to adopt the out-of-the-box (OOTB) best practice processes supported by the selected ITSM solution, rather than undertake high-impact and high-risk customization.
