The work consists of renovation of an existing building as the new headquarters for Saskatchewan Marshals Service Headquarters in Prince Albert, as per drawings and specifications prepared by CONCEPT PLUS Architecture and Engineering Inc.

Secure electronic tenders will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement until 2:00 P.M. Saskatchewan Time, March 21, 2024 and will be opened thereafter in accordance with the Tender documents. Tenders must be submitted via e-mail, following the Instructions to Bidders included in the Tender documents.

Arrangements for distribution of the packages will be coordinated with each interested party upon request via email. Printed copies of the bid packages will not be provided for this process.

General Contractors will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to documents being issued.

Tenders will be evaluated based on the information contained in the tender documents. The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
