This Request for Proposal (the “ITT”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Commercial Construction Management firms to submit proposals for the provision of Construction Management Services to its Regina Buildings Group as  further described below (the “Deliverables”):    

SaskTel,  the Owner intends to select a qualified Construction Manager (CM), through a single stage procurement process, for the Warehouse Upgrade project at their facility located at 2133 1st Avenue, Regina Saskatchewan. This project involves the Upgrades to the Racking and VLM systems, as well as upgrading the Fire Protection [Sprinklers ] and Lighting. 

The project delivery method for construction will be CCDC 5A     

Firms interested in being considered must demonstrate that they have prior experience as a Construction Manager on at least three CM projects and have completed at least one project of a similar cost, complexity, type, and size as this project as it is described further below. The prior CM projects must have been completed within the last ten (10) years. 

Attendance at the Mandatory Site Meeting and Walk-Through is required for all vendors interested in submitting proposals to this event.  The intention of this event is to select one Construction Management firm to oversee all aspects of this project and bring best value to SaskTel.  SaskTel will consider multiple criteria when determining the successful vendor for this opportunity, including the organization's ability to meet the requirements of the job.  The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
